Starting with their next expansion set, Clone Wars, all minis expansions will only contain 40 miniatures instead of the customary 60.

Each set will have the following rarity break down: 8 very rares, 8 rares, 12 uncommon, and 12 common figures. The reason Wizards gave for this change is they want to be able to focus more on the characters and their stats rather than coming up with the 20 additional figures.

By golly, will we ever see a $10 booster and expanded figure set with the return of huge creatures and vehicles to blow up? Need a plastic factory of your own Hasbro, to avoid needless regulation and taxes? Yet another reason to DRILL IN ANWAR!!!!

This Campaign Base Point Nadir sounds like a heroic tier adventure for SWRPG which would be soooo cool.

SWM Republic Commandos

Ya know what's great about minis is that they're easy to paint. Start with base color, then highlights, optional wash, drybrush, then clear coat and you're done. I need to do some more minis but I'll wait until I get some different paint, the colors I have are getting repetitive. These are quick silver&black repaints of Sev, Scorch, and Fixer from Champions of the Force.

SWM Storm Commandos

With a $15 average price I'm not going to buy any copies of the Storm Commando that was released in Alliance vs Empire. I painted some Scouts black in case I ever need them.

I'm finding the paint I used Dupli-Color HVP106 Flat Black to be very useful and 98% chip proof. Elimination of paint rubs at the joints is half the battle.
