Tomax (gold) and Xamot (red). These two creeps got wasted at a party in Madrid and watched anime all night. The next morning they designed and built 100 million dollar battlesuits for themselves. Although the suits have more sophisticated electronic capacity, they may not be able to stop a grenade like Cobra Commander's battle armor from the 80's.

Not really customized but I had a fun idea for the twins using the Plague Troopers and their gear.
