Forged by Seal Team 3 until he had the disposition of a rattlesnake, Sidewinder was trained in-country to patrol riverine areas in the Middle East. The Joes aquired his talents when Cobra multiplied their forces beyond the mandate of Navy SOCOM.
He's supposed to look like this guy from early war Afghanistan with the black fleece jacket, tan LBE, desert pants and balaclava.
